Performance Management System - Awareness Session
Dear All,
As you all are aware, employee performance management is one of the most important HR interventions in any organization. As part of strategic initiatives to enhance the organizations and people performance, the management has identified the need to improve our existing staff performance assessment with a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS).
Thus, we have organize an awareness session to equipped all of you with the necessary information on the whole PMS process. This awareness session will be conducted only on a few day every month. While PMS process can be a little bit frustrating, we will handling it with great care as not to provokes unnecessary anger because it is well known that insensitive to PMS produces extremely sensitive mood swing among some employee.
Lastly, do take note that attendance is COMPULSORY to all. Kindly confirm your attendance to me.
